Today I spent some time with God
reminiscing about the past
And I really came to realize, only
what I do for Him will last...
Those things can't be bought with money
it is the giving of my heart
To those I come in contact with
that is where I can start.
I get wrapped up in frivolous things
that don't amount to anything
Then when I get stressed out and weary
I cry out for Him to do something!
So each morning I resolve to talk to Him
and may His Will be done in my day
For as His child, He loves me
I clearly hear Him say!
So I would encourage you
to spend time with Him alone
He will take you by the hand
and make His Will known.
"But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always
be prepared to give an answer to everyone who
asks you to give the reason for the hope that you
have. But do this with gentleness and respect."
